Using our Campaign Management and Execution System (CMES) we manage the execution of complex multichannel direct marketing campaigns and programmes. After setting up a detailed Project Initiation Document (PID) together with the client, a client specific basic implementation of the CMES is done. These implementations normally have a lead-time varying from a few weeks to a few months. On the basis of this basic implementation, the specific marketing campaigns and programmes are then established.
Our CMES consist of a number of best-of-breed IT components. It is designed to be able to seamlessly fit into all common CRM and ERP systems as well as into corporate systems at our clients’.
Our range of services is based on the Managed Solution Providing (MSP) concept. We offer access to our CMES through a secure web interface. No investments in costly software licences and IT personnel training are needed.
