2organize’s e-mail services consists of four components:

1. Address management: Establishing, purchasing, removing double entries and registering e-mail addresses.
2. Creation: Clients can put together a newsletter or e-mail message using an online content editor. The content can be personalised.
3. Execution: Operators handle the sending and monitoring of e-mail campaigns. They also make sure that the response is collected and managed.
4. Online reporting: The client can monitor the progress of an activity (conversion, bounces, click ratios and test results).
